1. Who handles your data

Noctra Scripts operates this website and handles storefront and product-support data. Contact us at contact@noctrastore.net about data handled by this site or our support team.

Tebex Limited is the seller for purchases made through its checkout and separately handles account authentication, payment, tax, fraud prevention, transaction records, and purchase delivery. Its privacy notice explains that processing.

2. Data used by the storefront

Depending on what you do, the following information may be used:

• Browser storage: selected products, a coupon code and quote, your displayed username, and basket identifiers needed to resume sign-in or checkout.
• Account data: the FiveM/Tebex display name and basket information returned during authentication and checkout.
• Technical data: IP address, request time, requested pages, browser information, and security logs processed by the services that host this site and connect it to checkout.
• Support data: information you choose to send, such as a username, Tebex transaction ID, server setup, error details, and your messages.

Do not send passwords, private keys, full card numbers, or other payment credentials to Noctra support.

If we add optional analytics or marketing storage later, we will explain it and request consent where required before using it.

We send basket details needed for sign-in and checkout to Tebex. Our hosting providers process technical requests and logs to deliver and secure the service. We may share relevant records with professional advisers or public authorities when needed to address a claim, fraud, or a legal duty.

Noctra Scripts does not collect card details; payment takes place on Tebex pages. This storefront currently has no advertising or analytics trackers. Links to Discord and documentation take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.

5. Local storage and retention

This storefront uses browser local storage to remember your cart, coupon, displayed username, and basket identifiers between visits and during checkout. These functions are needed for the shopping flow. We do not set first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Signing out clears the saved account display, and completing checkout clears the pending basket. You can clear remaining site data in your browser settings.

Our server does not maintain a separate customer account database for this storefront. Hosting and security logs are kept according to the host's configured retention. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to address the request, maintain purchase context, meet a legal duty, or handle a dispute, then deleted or anonymized. Tebex retains its own purchase records under its privacy notice.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
